3. CONSUMER RIGHTS
3.1 Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order from the time you have placed your order to within 24 hours of payment effected. Please note that you have 3 business days upon receipt of invoice to settle your payment and failure to comply with the payment terms will result in the automatic cancellation of your order. You may also cancel your order if the goods have not been dispatched within 60 days of the date provided in our acceptance. In both cases, you will receive a refund, without interest, as set out in the clause. However, you may not cancel your order if same has been processed or dispatched to and received by you.
3.2 Returns & Refunds
In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns. However, if we have made a mistake on an item that you have received; that is, we have dispatched to you the wrong order or wrong item or wrong colour or wrong size, we shall refund the delivery charges you have paid if applicable unless it was dispatched to you with other items which you are not returning. Under such circumstance, you are required to take reasonable care of the item and keep it in its original condition until we make the necessary arrangements to have it collected from you or exchanged for you at our own costs. If you fail to take reasonable care and tamper with the packaging, you may have to compensate us. Therefore, it is recommended that you check the condition and conformity of the products at delivery or collection time. Please note that our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products. You have 3 business days upon receipt of order to report defective products and claim for an exchange or refund. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that the refund claim has been approved from us to receive same.

Nothing contained within these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
