2. TERMS OF SALE
2.1 Orders & Payment
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not imply that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our approval and a follow-up email and/ or text message via WhatsApp will be sent to confirm acceptance of your order. No sales contract is established between us until we have issued an invoice accordingly. Please note that we retain Reservation of Title; that is, Title of Goods does not pass until we receive payment in full and cleared funds from you. We request that full payment be made within 3 business days upon receipt of our invoice to proceed with your order. Failure to comply with our payment terms will result in the automatic cancellation of your order. We accept payment via Bank Transfer, Pay Merchant "ACCELERIS LTD" on MCB Juice App, PayPal, Western Union and Moneygram. If we cannot fulfil your order, we shall refund the amount to your bank account or card if payment has been received. In-stock products: delivery in Mauritius takes up to 5 business days; worldwide shipping takes up to 3 weeks. Pre-order products: delivery in Mauritius takes 3-5 weeks; worldwide shipping takes 5-8 weeks. Times may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.
2.2 Availability
All items are subject to stock availability. We shall notify you promptly if any or all the products from your order are unavailable which may result in order cancellation. Charges will apply only for available products.
2.3 Description
We exercise every reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements and specifications are accurate. However, there may be slight variations between these details and the actual goods supplied. We also endeavour to display the colours of the products as accurately as possible on our website, digital application, social media platforms and published materials. However, the actual colours may depend on your screen's settings and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will precisely reflect the colour of the product upon delivery.
2.4 Pricing
The prices listed on our website, digital application, social media platforms, and published materials are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) and may not include delivery or shipping costs, which will be added to the total payable amount. All prices are subject to periodic review, and we reserve the right to adjust the price of any item found to be incorrectly priced, without any prior notice. If the price of the goods you have ordered differs from the amount listed on our website, digital application, social media platforms and published materials at the time of your order, we shall contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with same. If you choose to proceed, please note that we are not obligated to supply the goods until we have confirmed both the acceptance of your order and its dispatch. If you choose not to proceed, your order will be cancelled without any further liability to either party. Please be aware that you may incur extra costs, taxes or duties at the time of collection in accordance with your country's shipping policies.
2.5 Shipping
We endeavour to dispatch the goods within the timeframe specified in our acceptance, which serves only as an estimated timescale, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Additionally, we may dispatch the goods in multiple consignments, in which case, no additional shipping charges will apply. If we are unable to dispatch the goods within 60 days of the date provided in our acceptance due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances, we may choose to cancel the contract. Similarly, if the goods have not been dispatched within 60 days of the date provided in our acceptance, you may choose to cancel the contract. In both cases, any payment made by you will be refunded. This will be your sole remedy and we shall have no further liability to you. However, we shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any of our contractual obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control which include but are not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, severe weather conditions, fires, explosions, wars, acts of terrorism, industrial disputes or actions taken by the government or other competent authorities.
